Reservations and Bookings

Booking Process

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations
• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes and fees
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website

Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

As a guest at Serenity Resort & Spa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process
• Comply with all resort rules, policies, and regulations
• Respect other guests and resort staff
• Take responsibility for any damage to resort property caused by you or your guests
• Not engage in illegal activities or behavior that disturbs other guests
• Supervise minors in your party at all times

Resort Policies

Age Requirements

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at the resort, with the exception of service animals as required by law.

Smoking Policy

Serenity Resort & Spa is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Violations may result in cleaning fees.

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or other force majeure events.
