Terms of Service

By securing a down payment and confirming a booking at Villa Jovita, guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

• Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out Time: STRICTLY 12:00 NN (late check-out is not allowed)
• Pool Usage:
  • Shared Pools: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Riverside Pool: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Guests must follow all house rules and safety guidelines.
• Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times.
• The resort is not liable for lost or unattended belongings.
• Any damages, losses, or violations of room capacity will be charged accordingly.
• Respect toward staff and other guests is strictly required.
• Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties or removal from the premises without refund.
