No cancellations, no refunds, and non-transferable bookings. Once a down payment has been made, the reservation is considered final and confirmed, and the down payment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of personal circumstances, changes in plans, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. Reservations cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another guest under any circumstances. Requests to reschedule may be coordinated directly with the resort staff and are subject to availability and management approval; approval is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges. Failure to arrive on the scheduled date (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the down payment. By proceeding with the down payment, the guest acknowledges full understanding and agreement to this policy and all terms and conditions set by Villa Jovita.
