Reservations during peak seasons and holidays (including but not limited to Christmas, New Year's, Spring Break, and Summer holidays) are subject to stricter cancellation policies:
Peak season dates are clearly indicated during the booking process.
To cancel or modify your reservation, you may:
All cancellations and modifications must be made by 11:59 PM (resort local time) on the specified cancellation deadline to qualify for any applicable refund.
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date and have not canceled your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of your stay, and your reservation will be canceled. No refund will be provided for no-shows.
If you check out before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the full length of your original reservation. No refund will be provided for early departures unless approved by resort management due to extenuating circumstances.
Group bookings (10 or more rooms) are subject to separate cancellation policies and contracts. Please contact our group sales department at groups@serenityresort.com for specific terms and conditions.
Reservations booked as part of special packages or promotional offers may have different cancellation policies. The specific cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
In the event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or government-mandated evacuations that prevent you from traveling to or staying at the resort, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a refund at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen events, maintenance issues, or other operational reasons. In such cases, we will provide a full refund and assist you in finding alternative accommodations when possible.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Serenity Resort & Spa is not responsible for costs associated with cancellations due to personal emergencies or other circumstances beyond our control.
